Forget Me Knot Store is a custom Shopify build created to give the business a storefront that felt more considered, more flexible, and more aligned with the brand than an off-the-shelf theme.

The goal
The goal was to produce a stronger branded shopping experience with cleaner product discovery, more flexible merchandising, and a storefront that felt intentionally built rather than theme-bound.
That meant treating the project as more than a surface redesign. Search, navigation, and section flexibility all needed to work properly for the owner as well as for visitors.

The work included a custom Shopify theme, a tailored search experience using the Storefront Search API, keyboard-aware result handling, and a section-based structure the business could adapt over time.
The result was a storefront shaped around the shop itself rather than constrained by a generic pre-made theme.
